Next Day Faster Payments

Happy couple sit on sofa after discussing Expat Residential mortgages with Marsden Building Society in Guernsey.

Setting up Next Day Faster Payments means you’ll be able to withdraw funds in branch from your branch-based account via cash, cheque or into the nominated bank account you set up on our eSavings platform. Giving you access to your funds the next working day* follow these steps to get set up.

If you’re an existing eSavings user…

If you’re an existing eSavings user and want to request Next Day Faster Payments in branch from your branch-based accounts to a nominated bank account, you’ll need to log in to your account and select the ‘Your Bank Account’ tab on the left-hand side of your screen.

Add the bank details of the account you’d like to send your withdrawals to, but please note that you can only set up one nominated bank account. The details you specify here will be used for your eSaver withdrawals too.

If you haven’t registered for eSavings before…

If you haven’t registered for eSavings previously, you can register to view your branch-based accounts and set up Next Day Faster Payments at the same time. Follow the steps on our viewing your accounts online page to get started.

When you go through the registration process, you’ll be asked to enter your bank details in the ‘Transferring money’ section. If you decide not to set this up during the registration process, you’ll still be able to set up a nominated bank account once your account has been authenticated by visiting the ‘Your Bank Account’ tab once you’ve logged in to the platform. Once this is set up, you’ll be able to request Next Day Faster Payments in branch.

*For Next Day Faster Payment requests to accounts registered on the eSavings platform placed before 4.45pm Monday to Friday. For requests received on a Saturday morning, the transaction will be debited from your account but the payment will not be processed until Monday, reaching your registered bank account on Tuesday.
