As a Customer Representative Apprentice, delivering our personalised ‘Marsden service’ by getting to know our members and making them feel at home in our branches is essential. Throughout your Level 3 Apprenticeship in Customer Service, you will receive specific on-the-job training to develop a deep understanding of financial services, confidentially and regulation. Additionally, you will build exceptional communication skills and empathy to ensure our members receive the highest level of service.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, this is an exciting opportunity that would suit someone with customer service experience, including cash handling and till management. This can be within a range of backgrounds such as retail, sales, call centres or cashiers. The successful candidate must be detail-orientated and understand the importance of ensuring customer documents are completed accurately, all processes/procedures are followed, and confidentiality is maintained.

As the role is an apprenticeship, the successful candidate can expect to dedicate a portion of their working week to studying. The apprenticeship qualification you’ll be working towards is a Level 3 in Customer Service, delivered via remote learning channels. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a passion for learning and development, as well as being highly self-motivated and organised to support their studying. The only qualification requirements for this role and course are GCSEs at grade C or equivalent in English and Maths.

This role is advertised on a full-time basis, working a 35-hour week between Monday and Friday at our Nelson branch.
