We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join the IT Team at Marsden Building Society. Working with colleagues from across the entire business, and undertaking a varied role, the successful IT Support Technician will have a love of technology coupled with great communication skills.
The successful candidate will have an analytical approach to problem solving, triaging incidents and requests for support, interacting with stakeholders and our third-party suppliers in a professional and efficient manner, and maintaining logs accurately. The IT Support Technician will provide 1st and 2nd line support for general IT queries across the organisation and therefore it is essential that they can bring their own extensive experience and passion for IT Support. Candidates will be supported in their role by following a specific Marsden training plan i.e. performng routine morning operator tasks.
While experience of working in the Financial Services sector would be beneficial for this role, it is not critical. We welcome applications from candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate the ability to provide exceptional support.
