Our Nelson branch is getting a new look

Our Nelson branch will be closing at 1pm on Friday 31st March 2023 to undergo refurbishment work to its interior. 

The second of our branches to receive a new look, Nelson follows in the footsteps of our Burnley branch which unveiled a more modern interior last April. 

"We'll be taking out the counter and replacing it with additional desks and seating so we can serve customers in a more comfortable environment" said Philippa Farebrother-Dunn, Head of Retail. 

"We'll be introducing pendants and floor lamps to create a warmer feel, as we have done at our Burnley branch, and we'll be refreshing the offices at the back of the branch to improve privacy for customers carrying out more complex transactions."

Nelson branch will reopen at 9am on Monday 24 April 2023. You can still visit any of our other branches during that time, your closest being Barrowford, Colne and Burnley. Visit our 'Find a branch' page to find out more about each of these locations.
