This year’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held at 2pm on Wednesday 30 April at The Prairie Sports Village, Windermere Avenue, Burnley, Lancashire BB10 2FU.

Being a member of the Marsden means you have a say in how the Society is run. Each year, at our AGM, we invite you to take part by asking you to vote on a number of resolutions, set out in our Notice of Meeting.
Once you’ve received your AGM pack, you can vote in a number of ways.
Vote by post or in branch
Your AGM pack contains a voting form. You can post this back to us in the prepaid envelope provided, or drop it off with your local branch. You’ll need to get your vote to us by Wednesday 23 April 2025 if you plan to vote this way.
Vote online
If you’d like to vote online, you can do by visiting our voting site. Login details can be found in your voting pack, or if you received your pack by email, you can click straight through to log in. Online voting closes at midnight on Friday 25 April 2025.
Vote in person
If you’d like to vote in person, join us at our AGM on Wednesday 30 April 2025. The AGM will be held in the Windermere Suite at The Prairie Sports Village, Windermere Avenue, Burnley, Lancashire BB10 2FU. Registration takes place from 1.45pm with the AGM starting at 2pm prompt.
For each vote we receive, we’ll donate 50p to the Marsden Building Society Charitable Foundation. You can read more about the Foundation in your Members' Review, or by visiting our Charitable Foundation page.

If you’ve received your voting pack and would like to vote online, please click the button below.
Our AGM is a great opportunity for you to ask questions and receive answers from our Board of Directors.
If you won’t be attending the AGM in person but have a question to ask, please submit it by emailing AGM@themarsden.co.uk or writing to AGM, Marsden Building Society, 6-20 Russell Street, Nelson, Lancashire BB9 7NJ.
Questions and answers will be shown on our website and we’ll reply individually to each member raising a question. Any questions must be received by 5pm on Monday 28 April 2025.
