Our preferred method is Direct Debit and this can be set up by filling in our 'Direct Debit form' and returning it to us.

Alternatively you can set up a standing order at your bank between the 1st and 28th of each month, allowing sufficient processing time to meet payment due dates. Online payments are accepted if your bank account is set up for this. Our bank details are:

Account number: your 8 digit mortgage account number

Please allow 3 working days for your payment to reach your mortgage account.

We will refund any payment sent to the Society after your mortgage has redeemed. It can take up to 6 working days for the payment to be processed and received back in your bank account.

The interest is re-calculated on the day the capital repayment is made on your mortgage.

You can make a capital payment on your mortgage at any time during the year. Interest is calculated daily so you will benefit from your payment immediately.

We post annual mortgage statements in January.
