Celebrating 3 years with SPF

Last month marked a special occasion; it was the 3-year anniversary of our partnership with SPF Private Clients; the largest and longest running mortgage broker in Guernsey.

Always keen to deliver the very best service to our customers; we chose SPF to help us expand our mortgage range to the island because their highly dedicated team has a reputation for providing professional, tailored financial advice and building relationships based on trust.

We worked closely with SPF for over 2 years prior to launching with them in 2018, sharing the same ambition; to widen the choice of mortgages in Guernsey. During this time, we evaluated the market and built our product range, available exclusively through SPF.

Fast-forward to today; and our partnership with SPF remains strong. Helping people to own their own home; we’ve lent over £20 million to the residents of Guernsey since our launch in 2018*.

With the opportunity to borrow up to 80% LTV on repayment, or 60% LTV on an interest only basis, our Residential mortgages may be suitable if you’re looking to purchase or remortgage a property.

If you or your partner are looking to borrow in retirement, we could also help. Available to Guernsey residents aged 55 and above, our Retirement mortgages may be suitable if you’re looking to purchase a new home or release funds from your property^. Alternatively, our Retirement Interest Only (RIO) mortgages are designed for those who want to remain in their home with no plans to downsize and could be an alternative to equity release.

Did you know we’re also experts in expat? Our Expat Residential mortgages are available on a repayment or interest-only basis and may be suitable for those looking to purchase a UK home for their family. We also have a range of Expat Buy to Let mortgages too, allowing you to own a Buy to Let property in the UK.
