Marsden Building Society has achieved a lending milestone of £50million in Guernsey.
Working in partnership with SPF Private Clients (External), the Society has completed mortgages totalling over £50million since launching on the island in 2018.
The Marsden is currently the only lender in Guernsey that offers mortgage solutions in retirement, as well as interest only options across the majority of its mortgage portfolio. Through the SPF team, local borrowers can access our Residential, Retirement, Expat Residential and Expat Buy to Let mortgage solutions.
