When your mortgage product comes to an end

We'll contact you before your mortgage product comes to an end to explain your options. When we do, you'll be able to use our rate switch service to request illustrations and apply for a product via our website.

Applying for changes to your mortgage

There are some changes to your mortgage you can request online without the advice of a Marsden mortgage advisor.

Additional borrowing

Did you know you might be able to borrow more on your mortgage? As an existing customer, you could be eligible for additional borrowing.

Paying off your mortgage

If you'd like to pay off your mortgage, and you aren't using a solicitor to do so, you can request a Redemption Statement from us.

Difficulties paying your mortgage

Please tell us as soon as possible if you’re having difficulty repaying your mortgage or think that you might experience issues in the near future. We understand this can be a difficult step to take, but the sooner we know, the sooner we can work with you to put a suitable plan in place to help.
